Duties and skills Management & communication: primary point of contact who builds long-term relationships with customers; responsible for maintaining and improving existing partnerships, acquiring and growing new clients; supporting the Key Account with the management of clients; good presentation and negotiation skills; perseverance and persuasion. Selling & customer service: customer orientation and results; selling ideas, promotions and features to clients; responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis. Monitoring: liaise between the customer and internal teams; analyzing customers usage of our product; keeping track of impending deadlines and ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.
