This is a full time position, based in our Chisinau office. We are looking for a high-performing HR Recruiter to help us meet employees requirements and keep our company competitive and innovative. The responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. Responsibilities Recruitment: Develop and implement a successful recruitment strategy in order to ensure constant flow of resumes. Perform initial screening on all newcomers resumes and organise interviews if candidate is suitable. Organise job interviews with prospective joiners. Write a follow-up based on the interview outcome to the candidate. Send and follow-up offers of employment to suitable candidates. Human Resources: Maintain staff holidays calendar and the process around staff holidays. Compile and maintain job descriptions for each employee. Facilitate and manage setting up of new employees. Conduct and document exit interviews. Required skills and qualifications 2 years prior Recruitment / HR experience typically preferred. Understanding of software development process and terminology is required. Highly organised and efficient. Demonstrate excellent communication and follow-up skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Show consistent professionalism and good judgement. English: Fluent knowledge is an advantage. Romanian: Fluent knowledge is required. Education University/Academic background preferred. Good sense of humour is required.
