We are currently hiring a Claims Specialist to join our Team. You will process freight claims, investigate their validity, and communicate with clients and internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities: - Review NDAs/master agreements with both the carriers and customers from a safety standpoint; - Process freight claims, following established procedures and guidelines; - Investigate and evaluate claim cases, gathering necessary information and evidence; - Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues; - Analyze claim trends and develop strategies for improvement - Stay updated on industry regulations and policies related to claims processing; - Other duties as assigned based on business need. Requirements: - Advanced English level, both verbal and written; - A minimum of one year of freight claims processing experience in the US transportation industry; - Ability to learn, understand, and apply knowledge of DOT and other federal regulations applicable to the transportation industry; - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; - Flexible and able to work well under pressure; - Maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct. - Availability to work evening shifts Mon-Fri 15:00-24:00.
