We offer a job as a dispatcher in our transport company . We offer paid training from $500 and with the prospect of growth up to 1000$-2000$.
The primary responsibilities of the dispatcher are to negotiate rates and secure loads for trucks, efficiently manage multiple drivers at a time and fix problems as they arise. Experience is plus, yet not a requirement, as we provide training.
Job description:
-Work With Drivers and brokers.
-Book Loads and take care of Logistics process
-Must be able to multitask.
-Must be able to work as a team .
Requirements:
-Intermediate English level, both verbal and written;
-Great communicational and negotiation skills;
-Proficiency with MS Office and Google products;
-Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations;
-Availability to work night shifts Mon-Fri 15:00-01:00.
