We are currently hiring for a Customer Sales Representative position. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers. Responsibilities: To act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers, delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships; Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to generate new business and increase revenue; Apply a consultative sales approach to present and promote our services, demonstrating a clear understanding of the benefits and value proposition; Negotiate rates and contractual terms with customers and carriers to ensure competitive pricing and optimal service leads; Salary Pay: Starting Net Pay: $1200/month; Great pay based on performance up to $5000 net a month; Base+Commission Pay. Candidate requirements: Advanced English level, both verbal and written; Previous experience in sales is a mandatory; Great communication and negotiation skills; Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills; Proficiency with MS Office and Google products; Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations; Availability to work evening shifts Mon-Fri 15:00-24:00.
