US Software Solutions is looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join our HR team. As a Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent with the goal to fulfill the company's hiring needs.
- Develop recruitment goals and objectives
- Develop a sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs
- Write and update job descriptions
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Source passive candidates
- Interviewing potential job candidates
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
- Use a multi-channel approach to recruit.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
- Good command of English
- Proficient verbal and written skills
- Highly professional interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
