You will be mainly responsible for the whole range of recruiting and motivational activities while making people happy in our company. We are waiting for you Responsibilities: - Coordinate full-cycle recruiting process (sourcing, screening, conducting interviews and providing feedback); - Attracting actively new candidates and promoting company on social media; - Ensure smooth on-boarding for the new employees and keep track on trial period; - Organizing team-buildings, training programs for stuff and other events; - Contribute to people's motivation and development initiatives. Requirements: - Experience in IT job recruitment 2+ years; - Fluent Romanian, Russian and English; - Good understanding of IT jobs requirements, market; - Excellent project management and time management skills; - Hardworking and committed to delivering results; - Highly self-motivated and able to operate autonomously when necessary.
