- Update current and design new recruiting procedure
- Keep track of recruiting metrics( time to hire and costs per hire)
- Implement new sourcing methods
- Review recruitments software and suggest the best options for the company needs
- Proficient spoken english
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, recruitment consultant
- Experience with phone interviews, candidate screening.
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
