The Customer Sales person will focus on customer acquisition. Responsible for new account identification. This will entail reaching out to potential customers either via phone, email, or following up from leads via the companys CRM system. This position involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads. Provide prospective customers with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
Job Description / Key Responsibility:
— Making multiple calls to potential clients
— Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
— Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or CRM system
— Creating and maintaining a database of prospective clients.
— Presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
— Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
— Tracking weekly, monthly, quarterly performance, and sales metrics.
— Building pipelines with team members to close sales.
— Maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
Skills and Requirements
1+ years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Sales preferred.
English — upper intermediate
Ability to maintain motivation and energy for cold calling the whole day.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
Self-motivated and self-directed
