Position Overview
If you are a dedicated and goal-oriented person, then look no further. We are seeking a responsible and hard-working person who will be in charge of the overall operations of running the company, interacting with customers, with a focus on running the Moldovan regional office.
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operational management of the company (planning, organization, material, technical support);
- Administer and monitors the monthly cash flow of the organization;
- Act as a representative of the company in relation to different institutions;
- Handle monthly billing activities; offer support and consultancy to companys clients, with a focus on building long term partnerships.
Skills, Experience and Capacity:
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Ability and motivation to take a leadership role in the management of client services within the organization
- Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously and to approach activities with initiative
- Strong organizational and time management skills, result and detail – oriented
- Have good judgement and decision making skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Russian
- Previous experience inside an IT company
