We are seeking an individual with a keen analytical mindset, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to swiftly immerse themselves in the realm of credit cards and affiliate business. This role entails monitoring performance, maintaining active communication with partners, and responding quickly to changes in performance. Responsibilities: - Monitor the performance of active partners - Analyze issues as they arise and determine root causes - Follow up with partners experiencing performance declines - Address ongoing inquiries regarding workflow and products - Maintain regular communication with key partners - Collaborate with the tech department to resolve partner inquiries or issues - Provide weekly reports to the manager and immediate updates in urgent situations - Facilitate manager-partner calls when necessary Competencies: - Proficient written English skills (phone communication not - required) - Strong analytical mindset - Exceptional attention to detail - Ability to work independently without detailed instructions - Availability for evening shifts (3-4 pm to 10-11 pm MD time) Monday to Friday - Proficiency in Russian We Offer: - Office-based work in Riscani district with occasional remote - work options after the trial period - Stable salary with yearly bonuses - Complimentary coffee/tea, snacks, and/or fruits Please submit your CV in English to datalytics25@gmail.com.
