Position : Project Manager We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at Drive IT, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing various projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Responsibilities: -Lead and manage project teams, including cross-functional members, to achieve project objectives and deliverables. -Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and standards. -Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery. -Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations. -Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plan, and implement corrective actions as necessary. -Foster a collaborative and inclusive project environment to promote team engagement and productivity. -Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies. Requirements: -Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects from initiation to closure. -Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve goals. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. -Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. -Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities. -Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues. -Proficiency in project management software and tools. -Experience in IT sector is a plus.
