Responsibilities: Helping prepare for meetings. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing. Helping organize and maintain office common areas. Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required. Coordinating events as necessary and maintaining supply inventory. Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence. Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases. Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software. Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database. Requirements: High school diploma. Professional level verbal and written communications skills. Proven experience as an office manager or other relevant administrative support experience. In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite. Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities. Why SEBO?
