This is a part time position, based in our Chisinau office.
We are looking for a Client Support Executive that will be the liaison between our client and its customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Required skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills – ability to handle complex enquiries with both clients and their representatives; Able to identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
Communication – necessary for dealing effectively with customers; Excellent written/verbal English language skills; Excellent proficiency in writing email replies, explanatory notes and reports
Customer focus and service – customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Provide customers with product and service information
Manage and resolve customer complaints and problems. Follow up customer calls where necessary
Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
Research required information using available resources
Complete call logs and produce call reports
Maintain information systems with all relevant information. Update existing customer information. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Additional requirements:
Attention to detail is a must
Following call center scripts when handling different topics
Experience:
Previous customer support experience is a plus
Education:
University/Academic background preferred
