American freight brokerage company, with a branch office in Chisinau, is actively recruiting motivated, hard-working candidates to join the team.
No experience is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Track final delivery through to customers door
Operational accounting and vendor invoice review and validation
Check the load updates with the dispatchers/shippers/receivers
Enter shipment details into the internal database
Research shipment tracking requests and provides feedback
Completing additional tasks as needed.
Skills / Requirements:
Intermediate to Advanced English level
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new operating systems.
Ability to work Monday-Friday 15:00-24:00.
