This role involves 70% automation and scripting and 30% Manual testing. Strong verbal, written communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential. Responsibilities Include: Develop reliable automated test cases. Raising, tracking, and re-testing defects until resolution while performing hardware testing. Ensure we are achieving high levels of test automation by appropriately guiding, from a test perspective, Use case analysis and scenario generation. Analyzes test results; assists with troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis Ensuring all tests are executed as required and results and statistics are clearly communicated in line. Required Qualifications: Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required. 1-2 years of Automation and Testing experience. Be interested in and able to test applications thoroughly, with a strong eye for detail. Taking responsibility for own work and manage own time effectively. Must have strong understanding of OOPs concepts. Hands on knowledge and work experience with one of RDBMS: MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL Must be a Good Team Player. Must be comfortable in working with any existing Test Automation Framework and be able to contribute towards the improvement of the Test Framework. Knowledge of development tools such as Eclipse, IntelliJ, Bugzilla, Maven, Jenkins and Git. Good understanding of continuous integration/development practices. Working experience with multiple operating systems (Unix/Linux) and scripting languages.
