Your primary responsibilities will be hiring truck drivers, meaning performing phone interviews with the potential truck drivers, assisting them with any questions they may have and make all the necessary arrangements for the candidate to start their work. Job Requirements: - Fluent in English/Russian; - Previous experience in recruiting or marketing is a +; - Responsible and thirsty for Knowledge; - Ability to interact with people and communicate effectively and positively over the phone; - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Google products; - Attention to details; - Ability to work in a fast paced environment; - Ability to handle stressful situations and mitigate conflicts in a professional manner; - Ability to work from Monday to Friday 16:00-01:00.
