Bully! is looking for a Sr. Designer to join the team. In this position, you will be taking a creative role in projects from idea and concept phase, through execution and all the way to final polish. You will be at the heart of co-creating ideas and bringing them to life alongside the team. You will work directly with our designers, technical team, and producers to create award-winning products and solutions. You must have illustrative experience with creating a diverse visual range of characters, environments, architecture, and related assets. A solid grasp of form, structure, color, and light for 2D and 3D art assets is essential. Responsibilities: Create orthographic renderings of characters and props to be used by the 3D modeling team; Create primary color and support texture maps for a variety of 3D assets; Collaborate with peers, and always look for ways to improve the product; Be able to produce high-quality, creative concepts for medium and large scale projects; Coordinates work with the project team; Exhibits thorough understanding of project design philosophy and provides input in developing design strategies relative to assigned task or area of responsibility. Requirements & Skills Adobe Suite Knowledge with proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; Extensive color theory knowledge; Lighting/Mood concept board skills; Strong traditional skills in painting and drawing; Strong digital drawing and painting skills; Ability to meet aggressive deadlines for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; Proficient English.
