Whether its working with entertainment properties, the latest vehicles from an auto manufacturer, or virtual worlds tied to a package goods promotion, you are responsible for all aspects of User Experience and Game Design – from concept to completion. You work with Bullys sr creative team, concept, production and development teams, as well as directly with clients and agency partners – to craft creative solutions to client challenges. Responsibilities include: Creating the UX for games, mobile apps, installations, VR experiences and animations; Defining and developing high-quality visual designs from concept to execution; Leading a cross-functional team of designers, artists, animators and developers; Producing world-class work for global brands. Requirements and background: 3+ years of industry experience; Visual problem-solver with excellent collaboration and communication skills; Great communication and collaboration skills; Top tier visual development skills with an emphasis on typography; Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality, attention to detail; Experience leading and motivating creative teams; Ability to meet aggressive deadlines for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; Adobe Suite Lord; Experience in 3D animation and/or Unity 3D is a strong plus; English proficiency.
