Customer service-oriented IT company is looking for an End-user support specialist to join our Team of professionals.
Manage customer service inquiries by providing assistance by chat, email and phone;
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers;
Identify and assess customers needs to provide appropriate support;
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
Fluent English/Russian (spoken and written interaction);
Advanced PC user (MS-Office)
Good organizational and planning skills;
Good time management and multitasking skills;
Good attention to detail and accuracy;
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is a benefit;
IT area experience is a benefit.
