Job Description: Global Account Manager is responsible for development of business relationship between ITDATA and our customers – mobile network operators (Mobile Operators/MNOs/direct wholesale market players and SMS aggregators): Manages the existing customers; Searches for new customers – mobile network operators; Prepares commercial documentation, contracts and business cases; Participates in resolving operational issues for current clients; Monitors and increases revenue of the launched projects; Prepares analytical reports on mobile operators; Participates in the implementation of new sales strategies; Negotiates with the CEO, CMO, CCO, CTO, Product Director, Head of VAS in mobile operators; Role Requirements: We do not care about previous work experience and diplomas of the candidate; Have proven strong account management, negotiation & communication skills; Result oriented with a strong analytical mind; Solid experience and proven track record of managing and developing high level clients; Proven time management and organizational skills and ability to be self-directed; Strong analytical, time management, problem solving prioritization and planning skills; Success in managing commercial relationships; Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards; You have competencies within strategy, market, commercial and business understanding; Strong desire to succeed and achieve results; Excellent team player, highly motivated individual; Be a self-starter, highly motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment that is continually changing; Key Responsibilities: Add in value by generating more profitably traffic volume, revenues, and profitability through proactive account management of assigned customer relationships and partnerships; Penetrate and pursue opportunities for account growth with new and existing customers; Work closely with other functional support departments to review progress/problems and ensure follow-through on revenue tracking and reporting issues; Work closely with the product team on the product development in meeting customer requirements; Lead all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by management; Can clearly and correctly express the ideas – verbally and in writing; Is fluent in English, both verbally and in writing; Interesting work, account management in ITDATA is a mix of sales, analytics, product work, creativity; We do not enforce a sales plan, each AM decides what, where and when it is best to be done; Perspective for Global Account Manager in ITDATA: To start earning a lot and quickly; To learn how to work productively and efficiently, at a high professional level; To become the leader of a group of Account Managers, Regional Sales Director; To start traveling a lot around the world, meeting with our customers; Benefits: Competitive Salary; Salary is reviewed every 3-6 months; A clear and transparent bonus system; A very friendly, young, efficient and driving team; All decisions in the company are taken very quickly; Apply Now We analyze and reply to all received CV without any exceptions; Send the CV and the letter of intent to office@itdata.md Any questions about the job?
