You will serve as a strategic business partner to a group of companies, mainly in life-science, pharma and finance fields. Covering main Human Resources functions, your role would be to enable them excel in their area. In detail your main functions: Recruitment Lead recruitment projects ranging from entry/junior to expert level positions; Participate in the selection process for managerial and executive roles; Research and understand hiring needs, plan and execute a sourcing strategy, manage the selection process, offering and feedback; Plan and deliver targeted labor market research to gain key insights on trends and sourcing opportunities; Actively support employer marketing initiatives, related to segmentation, targeting and brand positioning. Play key role in organizing employer branding events. Personnel Administration Provide administrative support in developing personnel documentation and managing employee dossiers; Participate in initiatives for ensuring long term organizational sustainability focused on designing teams, plan position rotations and retention projects. Your Profile At least 2 years of experience, preferably in People Development, Recruitment or HR in general (considered as an advantage).
