Our Perfect Hire: * Is Fluent in English (both Write/Speak) * Loves working and building new things * Has strong communication skills * Works well flying solo or running in a pack * Enjoys working smarter and avoids the I build everything custom mentality * Has the drive and motivation to learn, lead and contribute at a high level What Youll Do: * Laravel/PHP, MySQL, React/JavaScript and related technology development * Come up with ideas on how to improve speed, scalability and finding new ways to track how visitors are using our solutions * Work, learn and lead in a remote cross-functional agile team * Actively participate in design and architecture decisions Desired Experience: * Professional coding experience in PHP * Relational database systems like MySQL * Understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, (Knowledge of F-End/B-End Js Libraries will be an advantage) * Developing small API Communication Webservices * Managing large datasets * Experience with a JavaScript frameworks, preferably React * Using queues, notifications, events, sending mail, and other advanced web application features. We will be starting out at $500 a month and increase every month with additional bonuses. This is negotiable in certain criteria.
