Main responsibilities: Manage onboarding project and communication with customer; Create a demo presentation for the customer; Communicate and iterate the project with customer until the project launch; Get customer specific requirements; Implement requirements at the GoParrot platform. Ongoing customer support; Diagnose and troubleshoot customer complaints; Communicate with customers to resolve issues; Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
