Daily challenges:
- Offer support in the recruitment process (screening CV, phone screening, interviews)
- Promote open positions on different social channels
- Manage the induction program for newcomers
- Offer support in organizing the internal training program for employees (organize learning circles, feedback sessions, periodical training sessions)
What do we expect from an HR Specialist?
- Advanced communication skills in English
- Experience in HR is a plus
- Candidates must be persistent and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task as well as having a proactive attitude towards learning
- Candidates should have an outgoing and positive personality with an assertive attitude
