InnerSquare is a London-based specialist executive search boutique serving top-tier consultancies. InnerSquare has placed more than 100 individuals at McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group and Bain. InnerSquare deploys a unique process, involving the selection and preparation of candidates by former management consultants. As a result of this approach, the company typically places more than a third of candidates interviewed by its clients. Recruitment Consultant Role is to execute its retained and contingent senior search assignments, for senior and top roles. Working closely with the founder of InnerSquare, key activities will include: * On-boarding new clients and new assignments * Executing senior search assignments: - Creating and maintaining the long list of candidates - Structuring and managing research efforts - Contacting and conducting initial phone conversations with candidates - Interview candidates, with the support of the superior from London - Introducing candidates to clients - Managing candidates interview process - Updating clients on the progress of assignments. * Supporting the founder of InnerSquare in pitches for new mandates. As one of the most senior members of the team, the Recruitment Consultant will also be expected to contribute to building the infrastructure of the business and leading strategic initiatives. The Recruitment Consultant will be supported by our LinkedIn researchers and executive assistants, based in Chisinau.
