Were looking for an Events Manager who can help us improve and represent the hotel image. As Events Manager, you will: - Become an expert on responses email, content management and deployment tools; - Elaborate and sent the Trade Offers to the clients; - Ensure the highest standards of conference and banqueting business processes; - Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every event; - Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships; - Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently; - Management of the companies B2B and B2C email campaigns; - Keep current on the latest trends in the hospitality industry. Skills required: - Previous experience in a customer-focused industry in a international company/hotel; - Excellent language skills in English; - Good organisational and administration skills; - Strong time management and project management skills; - Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work in a team environment; - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with all levels and departments on a formal, informal, written and verbal basis; - Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Access etc. - Experience constructing and reporting on email campaigns.
