Now we are searching for a friendly and responsibly Customer Service Specialist to join our customer care team!
Our priority is to help air passengers to get compensation from airlines when their flight gets canceled, delayed, or overbooked.
If you have an excellent verbal and written communication skills in english and italian languages, then this job is for you!
Your responsibilities?
Promptly responding to customer queries via live chat and social media channels
Maintaining a polite, helpful and professional manner at all times
Communicate effectively with the customer support team
Achieve work targets productively
We offer:
Official employment and full social package
Work schedule: 17:00 - 01:00 and 01:00 - 09:00 (with possibility to work remotely)
Basic salary + bonus part from individual results

Requirements:
Upper-intermediate or fluent English and Italian
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to work in a team with a positive attitude
Organizational skills, ability to work independently with manager-led coaching
