We need a new colleague to help us to support our ELD platform clients. Your responsibilities will be to answer the phone calls (or call back) or text. During phone calls, you have to pay attention to details of customer complaints and provide steps in order to resolve the issue. The main skill required is language skills. We need you to be able to speak fluently: English, Romanian and Russian. Spanish is an advantage but not a must. We will provide you training on the usual type of calls you have to deal with but sometimes you may need to have the creativity to approach a problem to get it sorted. People with IT technical backgrounds have an advantage. The workload is not big maybe 5-10 calls per day(but these calls must get sorted). So there is plenty of room to learn something new. We can provide assignments to learn programming or system administrator positions. This is a remote position. But if you prefer it can be an office position. We provide a PC if it is needed.
