Responsibilities: Participate in full software lifecycle application development: designing, coding, debugging, and documenting applications. Establish and maintain best practices and processes for Unity development department (git flow, CI, code reviews, wiki, & skillshare). Proactively collaborate with other department leads to ensure project efforts proceed efficiently and with predictability. Research new technologies and tools, and plan their integration. Provide technical expertise on new projects, and propose solutions to complex problems. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ yrs of enterprise-level development experience in real-time applications, using C# and Unity engine. Strong software architecture skills (beyond GoF patterns).
