Key responsibilities: - Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records; - Performing calls; - Seeking customers; - Effectively communicate any load info, updates, or details between customers and our internal departments; - Learn carrier transportation networks and match with contract lanes and other customer opportunities; - Resolve ad hoc logistics issues; - Other duties as assigned. Candidate requirements: - Advanced English level, both verbal and written; - Great communicational and negotiation skills; - Ability to multitask and give attention to detail. Must be a problem solver; - Proficiency with MS Office and Google products; - Availability to work evening shifts Mon-Fri 15:00-24:00.
