RetailZoom Marketing Research, a multinational Retail audit company is looking for an experienced Operations Manager, responsible for its operations in the Republic of Moldova. Main responsibilities: Build cooperation with retailers Ensure that the operation is run in the most efficient and productive way. Ensure that the work quality is of the highest standard Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. Review and approve all significant contracts, legal agreements, and other documents. The ability to recruit staff and monitor performance. Requirements for the candidate: 1. University degree or equivalent through experience 2. Experience preferably in the Retail environment -5-6 years relevant work 3. Demonstrated success in strategic thinking, planning, implementation, and problem solving. 4. Knowledge of systems and software and good mathematics 5. Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership, and both written and verbal communication skills. 6. Operational and analytical skills 7. To have good networking abilities. 8. Strong business understanding 9. Very good command of the English language 10.
