We are in search of a recruiter to work on a new project aimed at finding personnel for a Dutch company, one of the market leaders in the cleaning industry.
Conduct full life cycle recruiting; search, identify, qualify, interview, and close candidates;
Manage relationships with candidates
Create a personnel acquisition strategy
Writing and placing recruitment advertisements
CV sourcing via different online and offline channels
Basic work experience, preferably in HR
Knowledge of the Moldova hiring market
Knowledge of relevant recruiting laws and best practices
MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A highly professional and customer service focused approach to recruitment
What is important to be hands-on, energetic, proactive self-starters who are able to get things done; strong communication and interpersonal skills are also needed
Fluency in Romanian and Russian, English on communicational language.
