We need you to: Communicate with our customers via chat and email, and assist them in resolving their issues through our support ticketing system Check daily transactions and solve simple sales issues by using our customer management system Help the team in resolving technical issues of minimum and medium technical difficulty (testing our applications and services) What we are looking for: Great knowledge of written English Basic IT knowledge Great communication skills Sales skills What we consider to be an advantage: Prior experience in customer support Advanced IT knowledge, especially in networking and IT security Basic operating skills for the Linux server operating system What we offer: Competitive salary ranging from 400$ to 600$ Social package Full training for the job requirements The opportunity to work with a young team of professionals A great workplace in our Chisinau office Standard 9:00 to 18:00 work schedule Who we are: We are a determined team of professionals running a successful VPN and Smart DNS business.
