Negotiate Pay Rates Being able to negotiate the pay rates based on the driver's driving record and experience Discussing hiring decisions with our Safety and Compliance department. Navigating through applications and holding initial interviews. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
