Descrierea poziției vacante Program de lucru 15:00-00.00 Duties & Responsibilities: Book and schedule freight with premium rates Work with company drivers and owner operators Work both with 3PL's and shippers Establish a large book of business Transfer previously established accounts Manage approx. 5-7 units Identify priorities; utilize available resources effectively to meet these priorities; anticipate change and/or problems and reallocate resources when necessary Confidently make good decisions under timed pressure Communicate effectively with customers and drivers providing concise instructions or information Use effective listening skills to collect required information or to identify potential problems / warning signs. Escalate information when necessary Develop relationships with customers utilize relationships to influence others and gain willing cooperation Ensure loads are picked up and delivered on time by tracking driver activity Record and maintain files and records Minimum Qualifications: We offer paid training $800 a month. Experience in trucking and/or logistics is a plus.
