We offer training and the perspective of growth in the field, after you learn and have experience, we offer a salary based on 2% reaching a salary of 1000-2000 $ . The primary responsibilities of the dispatcher are to negotiate rates and secure loads for trucks, efficiently manage multiple drivers at a time and fix problems as they arise. Experience is plus, yet not a requirement, as we provide training. Job description: -Work With Drivers and brokers. -Book Loads and take care of Logistics process -Must be able to multitask. -Must be able to work as a team .
