HOTEL-OFFICE CENTER DIRECTOR – CHISINAU-MOLDOVA
As the Director, you will have the direct responsibility for the full management of the business, in all operational, commercial and financial levels. Located in the center of Chisinau, the hotel is strategically located to attract all of corporate, business, event and leisure markets throughout the week and the full year.
EXPERIENCE AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years of proven experience as a successful director in midscale hotels or in commercial property.
Degree or Diploma in Economics or Hotel Management
Strong financial skills, as well as capacity for analysis and cost control, minimum experience of 2 years in budget development and management.
Proven commercial experience in business development, business plans, marketing and revenue management for both the corporate as well as the urban leisure market.
Strength in the process implementation and control of all operational departments and points of sale.
Expertise in revenue optimization in all departments, as well as staff productivity and control, human resources tasks
Basics of Construction Process would be an advantage
Agility in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
