Our requirements are: Experience in transportation billing/invoicing but we can train the right candidate; Strong customer service and teamwork skills; Strong attention to details; Strong multi-tasking and computer skills; Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form ( English, Romanian, Russian is a plus); Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Pro Transport (we can train if no experience) Be organized, innovative, positive, and motivated; The positions responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Accounts receivable/payable ( Invoice factoring and statements preparation ); Pro Transport data entry; Collaboration with the other departments to ensure no key details are missed; Maintaining a good working relationship with the company drivers and associates; Paperwork organizing and management; *Salary is based on experience and qualifications.
